I’m writing to let you know how happy and delighted I am with my extremely beautiful invitations! Not only did I think they were stunning but so did the rest of my guests – many in fact getting carried away with complimenting the invitation and forgetting to actually RSVP. Even husband to be was impressed and for him to actually comment is an exception in itself. I had shopped around at various stationers online and also face to face however I found that all of them lacked the polish that The Crystal Chandelier displayed. Each invitation was perfect (unlike other samples I’d been shown elsewhere) and the detail of sending the final product wrapped in a gift box thrilled me to bits! The whole experience from finding you online (from QLD), sending through my first email query, phone conversations and then receiving the final product was nothing short of outstanding. You displayed such excellence in customer service and no question (and there were plenty) or request was too silly or over the top. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending you to my family and friends and a small part of me wishes I could do it all over just so I could see a different design!
